   Started at 10K in Dec of 99 raised to 12K in
   Sept of 2000. Automatic 2K increase wasn't requested.

   Depends on if your considered Lite or Regular.
   
   If your credit is under $1,500.00 you may be a LITE customer. increases for lite clients have been eased a bit but are in $300.00 increments.
