I know, this is outrageous! Last month I paid them off using a ballance transfer and they held the payment for 14 days for it to "clear" I called and raised h$%& and was told that I would not be charged interest for those 14 days (DUH!) but that the hold was standard procedure, which is BULL! I work for a bank and the regs do not allow for a 14 day hold for ANY reason, I am looking into that aspect. I use the card now for my husbands business expenses, which we are reimbursed for, so it gets paid off every month (I use click pay, and they have never "held" one of those!) Just another way for them to screw us, I guess!! Shanna
