nextcard - strange!!

    feeling lucky, my fiance decided to try nextcard (He just got approved for a citibank platinum select).

    I filled out the application for him, and when we submitted it, the system said their records indicated that he had already recently applied for the visa, and they could not accept a new application.

    He has never applied for this card ever. Why would they say this? We did not submit the application more than once or anything like that.

    That could mean they knew you just applied citibank and maybe they don't give credit to people apply several creditors at the same time.Nextcard pulls both TU and Experian.

    Identity theft perhaps? Better call Nextcard and find out!

    call 1-888-974-2265,but I am not sure you can reach their rep or not.

    I had the same problem. Here is what happend if someone applied using your computer it has something to do with the browser mainting the fact that you already applied you need to call nextcard and they can reset the system and this should take care of your problem....
