Nextcard Warning

    I DONT KNOW IF VERY MANY OF YOU HAVE A NEXTCARD BUT I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THIS PIECE OF INFORMATION FOR THE PEOPLE THAT DO HAVE ONE. I CALLED THEM TODAY TO CHECK MY BALANCE AND AT THE END OF THE MENU IT SAID THAT YOU MAY BE CHARGED A FEE TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.

    DOES ANYONE ELSE KNOW HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE?

    I HAD A PROBLEM THIS WEEKEND WITH PAYING MY BILL. I HAVE BEEN PAYING ONLINE FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS WITH THEM AND FOR SOME REASON FROM THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY(DAY PAYMENT WAS DUE) IT WOULD NOT LET ME ACCESS THE PAYMENT PAGE. I EMAILED THEM ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY TO LET THEM KNOW AND SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM ON THERE END. BUT TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I WENT TO A FRIENDS HOUSE ON MONDAY AND EASILY GOT ONTO IT. I MADE MY PAYMENT AND NOW IT LOOKS AS THOUGH THEY CHARGED ME A LATE FEE BECAUSE THE WEBSITE SAYS THAT MY PAYMENT WAS POSTED ON THE 24TH INSTEAD OF THE 23RD(DAY PAYMENT WAS DO). IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO???? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. AS I AM TRYING NOT TO BE EVEN A DAY LATE ON ANYTHING

    They may waive the late fee the first time, if you are really nice. I had a problem with them that caused 2 late fees and 2 overlimit fees, which they waived. I had the same problem with the on-line system, and they won't waive the fee because the "have already waived too many"??!!??!! (Due to thier errors!!) Try thier on-line chat customer service, if they are going to charge you to speak with someone.
