They both seem to have Visa only.
But it doesn't make any difference, since virtually every place that takes MasterCard also takes Visa.
Some merchants will say something like, "We prefer Visa," or "We prefer MasterCard," but that is probably just because one of the associations paid them to say that, (or perhaps there might be some kind of incentive with the fees that the merchant pays.)

Go to http://www.mypoints.com their new way to earn points (last time I checked) is the my points mastercard which they are advertized as being powered by NextCard
They both seem to be offering Visa on their websites, it doesnt really matter though, they're good companies and both cards offer all the benefits that a Mastercard would.
