Really? I've been thinking of having hubby apply for their service- those walkie talkie phones are so convienent! His EQ shows a score of 681 right now- it's inflated because of disputes. Wonder if we should even try!
I'm at 586 and got 5 lines nothing down. I went in one of their stores to sign up. Their phone service is the best.
I have them, here in NYC (brooklyn) their service is............ UGH. BTW, sprint will have walkie talkie phones within a month or two... Nextel's patent is up this month. That's why nextel is advertising "coast to coast" talkie service, to keep ahead of the competetion...
Nextel looks at your unsecured credit history via equifax. Even if you filed BK, if you reestablished yourself with unsecured credit accounts (visa/mastercard, etc.) you should get approved with no deposit.
I applied online late last year before I went with Sprint and was denied. They pulled TransUnion for me, and turned me down due to limited history. Well they didn't turn me down they just wanted a $1200 deposit. haha
