I sent wells fargo a settlement letter about a month ago, and have gotten no answer. I sent it certified, so I do know they signed for it and got it. How long do they take to make a decision? What do I do now? Thanks.
They had sent me a settlement letter and I sent one back with the same dollar amt, but with the stipulation that they'd take care of my credit report. What do I do if I don't hear back from them?
