If I never received a letter or phone call from a CA since they received my charge-off(May 1998). And I contact them first can I still send out a validation letter before the 30 days are up on my first contact with the CA?
I'm confused...are they reporting it? Its not your first contact, its their first contact. You can send validation out at anytime.
They received the account in 98 they start reporting it in 2000. The CA has never contacted me. I contacted them!
