Does anyone else have the same problem on Credit Expert? I can't find the link to the credit report access. I searched the latest posts and there's no mention of it....
The link is still at the very top of the page. If you click on that link, it takes you to another page where you can order your report online and has several investigation links. If you click on "order and view my report online" (the top link) you get a message saying something like "this feature not currently available due to system improvements being made this weekend. All other features available."
I was referring to the link that takes you directly to your CR from the summary page on Credit Expert. Yes, I know you can order your credit report, etc as you stated. Thanks anyways.
I think that the same situation is affecting both the CE report link and the request an investigation link. The system is down for maintainence which seems to mean no access to online CRs temporarily.
I know what you were referring to. My point in posting that was so you could see the response CE was giving to requests for credit reports.
