I called and ask for a bt on my citi plat. card, said I would hear from them in 24 hours, this was on thursday, as of today no call, so I called them and it was turned down due to something on my credit report. I don't understand, I just got approved for 2 cards from them for a total of 9000cl and I can't get a bt, what gives? so I ask if I could get prime plus 0.9% and she did give me a prime+ 3.2% which made it 9.9% it was 14.47%. Any suggestions on how to get that decision over ruled? mindy
You previously said you'd try the "R" department. It didn't work? BTW, if there really is a blemish on your report even the "R" guys won't be able to come through. In fact, people with serious blemishes are not even eligible to SPEAK w/ them. Saar
Saar, No I did'nt try the "R" dept and yes i do have some blemishes on reports, clean for 2 1/2 years tho. mindy
