I sent a goodwill letter to Chase on behalf of my brother, and the next day, they replied back from their exective offices saying they will get back to him shortly. It's been almost 2 weeks now, and nothing has been received. Is it ok to send the goodwill request again? It's just for a single 30 day late payment back in 2001. By the way, I also sent one to household the same day, and household replied the 3rd day saying they will be removing the late. Any suggestion would appreciated. Thanks!
I sent one to MBNA on July 30th and got a "Sorry we cant' help you at this time" letter today. It can't hurt you to send another one. Me
I was beginning to think I should probably resend it. At least they should be able to tell us yes or no rather than no reply at all.
