Equifax has filed an injunction to prevent E-loan from providing consumers there credit scores as of last week. I just read it in my local paper.

RE: No more Credit Scores from I had all three reports from 30 days before I requested my score from E-Loan. My scores on the reports I had were around 749. E-loan said my score was 649. So, it seemed to be about 100 points less. E-loan used the Equifax score but my prior Equifax report showed my score to be 749 not 649. Others said the same. Seemed to be about 100 points lower.
