I've tried for the last 2 days to get my free report from TU online. I was denied credit, so I stated that I was denied credit last month, but it still takes me to the screen asking if I want to but the report with the TU score for $9.00 or the FICO score for $12.95. I've never had a problem with this before. Anyone else see this happening? Thanks, K
I had a difficult time navigating the site to get the free report, so I just called the 800 number. Try that.
Same thing happened to me this morning. "Requested information could not be confirmed." I have a dispute pending, so I wonder if that may be denying my request for a free report. ??? Last week it tricked me with an account verification and locked me out for a week. Yeesh !
I got that last week too!!! That was the longest week of my life. Thank God for "worthknowing". What I started doing now is if I see a trick question asking about an account that I know I don't have (retail only), then I log out, clear my computer of cookies and files and try again in five minutes with different questions. I works. waiting on my next bump from 9/10/02..... should be any day now!
