No more post office trips

Just on a whim I was searching for online postage. I have always found using the USPS site tedious and not very user friendly when it came to trying to send validation letters CRR.

Tonight I found Stamps.com. Not really much more expensive for sending items when you consider the time involved in driving to and from the post office and standing in line during their business hours to send your validation or other credit repair letters CRR.

Their standard plan 10% service fee on postage used $4.49 minimum. Okay $4.49 sounds like a lot to some, but working two jobs believe me it is worth $4.49 to not spend the 1/2 hour to 45 minutes driving and standing in line - more time with my children.

Everything from standard postage to express mail, including return receipts, delivery confirmation etc. and it all prints from your printer.

Just a site some might want to look at www.stamps.com

    Hey Hal ,

How are you ? I also use Stamps.com for all my Certifed and standard mail for about 6 months , the only caution is make sure you post date the envelop for the day you actully place it in your mail box , sometimes I forget and it gets sent back .

Thanks for sharing that! I didn't know about stamps.com. I have used the USPS online for a certified letter once, but I found it not to be very user-friendly.

I have a 3-year-old and standing in line with him at the post office is not much fun, either. :)
