Equifax says they are NO longer updating telephone numbers, I asked why not, their response "all we can do is DELETE sir" then "Have a nice day sir". They are so rude! So I told the rep hold up a second whats the hurry? I'm not finished with my call yet. I told them to DELETE the telephone since you cannot update it. The funny part is that the rep said ok hold up one second, same thing I told her LOL..here is your confirmation number. I was like whaaaaaat. The rep said that they have to investigate. I said investigate what? well investigate that the telephone number is wrong. How in the world can they investigate that? Hope it doesn't come back "Remains" or "Checked" LOL .....=) Hope my SCORE doesn't go Down LOL. Wonder why? guess people are changing their telephone number to much. Has this happen to anyone?
