What does one do if you get no reply to a settlement offer? I offered payment in full in exchange for removal of the entry. Do I send another letter?
try sending it certified if you have not. IF the account is yours and they still will not reply you can pay it and then send the doc'd nut case letter. this worked for me getting them to delete also dispute with CRa's on some technicallity. Of course keep good records for paper trail. Any one else?
