I remember some of you having problems with Arrow responding to your validation letters. Has anyone had any success with them lately? They have refused to respond in any manner. The information they are posting is incorrect and re-aged. They and the OC refuse to report the account as "disputed". I'm about to send an intent to sue letter as I have waited over 6 months for some type of reply to all my correspondence (yes, I have the documentation!). Thoughts????
A failed validation is a failed validation. Send Estoppel (in this case the Estoppel by silence is perfect). If they refuse to respond to that, sue 'em. Each failed validation and reporting to the CRA's is a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. Keep all the CRRR receipts too. At the same time pull your reports to check the listing, and dispute with the CRA's (again if you have...the more the better). -Peace, Dave
