   I sent a letter thru Planet feedback for a credit line increase on my Cap. One card on the 17 of Aug. Which was 11 day's ago. I haven't heard anything back yet! Should I try calling Cap one now? I found Mr Cooke's phone # on this board! Should I try calling him even though I never got a response,? or just wait it out?
