I sent VOD's and it has been over 30 days since they signed the green cards The CA's are NTLSDTLN, Jefferson CP, Enhanced Recovery Systems, NCO and Sherman Acq and none have validated the debts. I have no idea why these CA showed up on my credit report and they still are showing up.
Is it be possible they are all trying to collect one debt?
    What is my next step?

Do you have any reason to believe you might have any collection accounts floating around, whether recent, or old? Did you move without forwarding mail, or moved shortly after incurring medical treatment that might have had billing to you delayed by insurance processing?

Do you have a common last name that might lead to misidentification, have relatives with similar names and overlapping addresses, or know of others in your area with similar names that you might have received mistaken collection calls for?Have you pulled copies of your credit reports, and are there any addresses or forms of your name on there that you don't recognize?

Have you had reasons to suspect the possibility of identity theft, such as a recent move that could have allowed mail to be intercepted, or has mail theft been a problem in your area, etc? Have you opened accounts with any new businesses, or applied for a loan recently? Have you been hospitalized, where access to your full set of identifying information might be available to a number of the staff?

Have you broken up with, divorced, or separated from someone recently, who would know your identity information and might have opened joint accounts or accounts in your name?

If you have requested validation, also dispute the TLs through the CRAs. If you get no response, and the CRAs just verify, start filing complaints with your BBB, and your local DA or state AG. If these are a cluster of TLs that are not yours, whether by accident or deliberately, the faster you resolve it the less damage it will do. If there is identity theft, file a police report. Force the issue, and apply pressure to anyone who does not respond promptly.
