I am new at this so please bear with me. I have good credit and four cards, Cap 1, MBNA, First USA, and Chase. I do not have heavy balances on any cards, but I have been told by almost all that their policy is or has been changed to include a fee on any balance transfers. My lowest rate is 9.9 fixed with Cap 1, but they also have my lowest limit. I would like to consolidate to a card with a competetive fixed rate, but I don't think I should have to pay someone so they can make more money off me. Any suggestions of which cards I should go with or where I could look?

If you have really good credit, you can apply for a NextCard. I got the 9.9 fixed w/ no fee balance transfers at any time.
