I am in the process of fixing my credit, one of my accounts was a credit card which was CO a couple of years ago. I received a packet containg all of my credit statements and a note saying this was a a response to my request for validation. The only thing is that I never requested validation and never even sent a letter to them. Some of the statements look doctored because they added additional fees and where dated last year 2004. I never got these "doctored" statement because I stopped receiving statments 3 years ago when the account was charged off. All of this seems very fishy and I don't know where to begin
