Hi, All! I haven't been around in a while. Took a bit of a vacation from credit repair, but I'm back. With a question: Will experian change a "Non-Residential" listing in the personal info for your address to a regular listing. It is my Mom's report, and it is definitly a residence. Any suggestions? BTW: Great to be back and see so many familiar names!
Take a picture of the house and mail it to them... THEY JUST HAVE THE CODING WRONG...THEY WILL FIX IT. YOU CAN ALSO SEND A COPY OF THE PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT STATEMENT.
Dustin, Experian and Equifax were reporting my residence as a business and my business as a home. I just explained the situation to them and sent them a copy of my utility bill at my home address. Both changed it without any difficulties. Dani
