Which letter should I send these jack-asses? They are trying to "settle" a debt for Arrow Financial,who was trying to collect for First Premier Bank. This is I think their 3rd "offer" Niether of the three are reporting negs on my report,the debt is 7yrs old but they are doing pulls on my report. AFS is showing five soft pulls on one report and Northland is showing four soft pulls on another along with one hard pull Thanks for any help
Tell them to shove their offers where the sun don't shine - unless the SOL in your state is not up yet.
