SENT IN DISPUTE ON SEPT 6, GOT GREEN CARD BACK AND CHECKED CCR AND IT IS NOT LISTED AS AN INVESTIGATION. PLEASE ADVISE IF THIS IS NORM. I AM A NEWBIE. HOPING THIS IS A GOOD SIGN BECAUSE THE CLOCKS IS STILL TICKING
If this is TU they never show in dispute, from what I have read on this board their computer system is an old boat anchor and does not have the ability to list it in dispute, on-line at least. Not a pro just what I gather
Thank you for your response, but it was not TU, it was EQ. Do they update their CCR to say " in dispute"? Ex CCR states in investigation. Just hoping this may be a good sign.
I did some disputing with Equifax in August and they didn't mark one thing in dispute. Although they are supposed to, it seems that they are inconsistant in their approach for marking things in dispute. Sirrowan
