Here is the agancy that took it over -

COMMENTS: EFX: CUSTOMER UNABLE TO LOCATE SUBJECT.
XPN: CUSTOMER UNABLE TO LOCATE SUBJECT.
TUC: MOVED; LEFT NO FORWARDING ADDRESS.

Now my question is this - should I attempt to validate with the CA since this has had no payment on it at all. I am a little slow to understand what may happen but I am thinking that I do not want to wake anyone up by doing anything - this is 3 years old already so ??????

I don't quite understand what good can happen. I am thinking with validation that I may at best remove the Asset Acceptance line but still have the Chase line to deal with - am I wrong? I need a little help here, please. and thank you.

If I am reading the trimerge right, it looks like Ass Acceptance has illegally reaged the account, and your balance went up $1600 in one year?

What state are you in? Or what is your state's SOL for collections.

I am in South Dakota and yes, my balance keeps going up. I will have to check into the SOL - I am new at this but learning all the time so please be gently with me :) - thanks for your help.

I don't what it is, but there is still something funny about the acronym SOL in regards to credit. Before you think I am illiterate, please be "gentle" with me.
