I was digging through some old files and found a Notice of Dismissal for an old judgement that is currently listed on my credit report. Can I submit this to the CRAs to have this line removed from my report?
How old is the judgment and how is it reporting? Have you gotten individual reports from all three CRAs? You need to do that first. If there are errors in the reporting or it's obsolete you might not need to send the letter.
