Well, there's obviously a violation of FCRA (reporting inaccurate info to a CRA). I would send them something(CMRRR) Demanding deletion from your reports, intent to sue if not performed within 5 business days. While you're at it, include intent to notify BBB, FTC and Attorney General. (Hell, just file the complaints anyway - sounds like the CA has their head up their "gastrointestinal off-ramp" and they need a quick lesson in professionalism and ethics.)

I would also dispute with the CRAs again, in the meantime - they obviously Didn't verify with the CA. Hopefully, you kept copies of the original reports.
