if i disputed some tl's as not mine and they came back "remains" and they were included in our bk how do i dipute them again?? will they let me dispute again as not mine?? i wouldnt mind if they came back as included in ch7 bk because as of right now they are charge offs with balances listed and they will be off report next year sometime. any suggestions?? also if the tl is listed as included in ch7 bk then they cant list any late pays or anything can they?? the say included in bk/180 days past due cherek88
you can try and dispute them as wrong amount, wrong dates, u need to look at the TL and see if anything is wrong opened date, amount things like that. Hope this helps
