My wife just got a totally worthless, but exciting nontheless, PG EQ score of 778 and she has nothing bad left on any of her reports! All balances are near $0 too! We can start looking for a house! For the newbies here there is hope... It will get better! We started in February with scores in the 550-575 range! We were being sued by Amex and were in deep doodoo! I was desperate and depressed! Thanks all for the good cheer! Started the mortgage application process today (not waisting any time) and got all three Ficos for DW and myself! DW's EQ-754 EX-764 TU-693 Mine EQ-754 EX-757 TU-697 We both have three stubborn 30s on a single CC on TU that are dragging us down! I'll get 'em soon! On the home front, we sold our house in April and are renting an apartment awiting school to end and mortgage acceptance before buying in Los Angeles (we're in Orange County, CA). DW is 6 months pregnant with our third (a boy)... a major accident that actually started us on the road to credit repair. DW works in LA two days a week and that would have had to end once DB (deadbeat baby) came into the world! So we decided to sell, but how were we going to buy again? Then I stumbled on the boards... couldn't believe what I was reading! It works! So, now four of us (the first two are girls) and a big dog are living in a 900 sq.ft. apt. We were anxiously awaiting the final updates on EQ... because the apt. is getting smaller by the day! You old timers (figure of speech) should be very pleased with yourselves! You have done a great thing by being here to help newbies like me figure this out! Anyway, thanks again! I'll stick around and give it back!

Thanks guys! Jlynn, Yep, the oops baby will be fun. With two girls, a wife and a neutered dog, we can use a little more testosterone in the family! LOL! He's already caused more of an uproar than you can imagine, but we are looking foreward to his arrival! Life is good today... that's what matters!
