My local agency is for TU, I recently disputed 2 items, both have been paid and one is closed. They sent me my report and next to the items I disputed was a little note that these accounts would be updated as soon as the creditors updated their tapes. HELLO that is why I am disputing b/c they ARE NOT updating their tapes. So it looks like to me that they didn't even bother to investigate. Also is says special message, HAWK ALERT, what is that again??? Mom

RE: Now my local agency is act Man That sucks I'd write a stronger letter telling them that these incorrect balances ae decreasing your scores , thus, higher interest rates, and you will hold them accountable for blatantly disregarding your request What does your hawk alert say? Kelly
