Does anyone have a phone number for JC Penney's head office? There is a collection agency saying I owe them for a check supposedly returned to Penneys back in December. I am pretty sure it was paid back in January but I can't find the money order stub for it. I want to talk to someone from Penney's about this. If Penney's shows I still owe this and I actually have to pay this again, I want to pay Penney's and not the collection agency but I need to know where to send payment and to who's attention.
