I have made more than 50 posts and it only shows 45 and seems to be frozen at 45. What's up with this? Has this happened to anyone else?
I am not sure what the deal is with the number of posts and the true amount you post...also searching on username does NOT always return ALL your posts so I can't figure it out...in any event it seems to be only a guideline to how many posts you have made, not the exact number you have actually posted. -Peace, Dave
When I search on my own user name it consistently comes up with exactly twelve posts. When I go to look for a specific post, where I know the key words, sometimes even the author, I seldom can find it. The Search Engine here is WEAK!!!
Indeed, the search engine still appears to be buggy. To search for all posts by a certain user, find a post by that user, click on their name to see their profile, then choose 'See all posts by this user' from the top-right corner of the table (not the window.) This will give you the results you desire. Not the most straightforward but it does get results. We will see what we can do about fixing the vB's search engine. Sincerely, -pbm
Just an FYI, our resident guru fixed the problem with the search engine. Specifically, a search based on a username would not return the correct amount of hits. This has been fixed. Sincerely, pbm
