nutcase letter for paid<balance

    Thanks for all the great advice!

    Can you send a nutcase letter to OC when the account was charged off and it was settled for less than full balance?

    Do you need to make sure the SOL has expired or is it okay since it says on the credit report "settlement accepted as full payment". I just want to make sure they can't come after me for full payment.

    I REALLY appreciate your help!
