Re: Nutcase Letter how does it work This is not a sarcastic question, rather a serious one: I thought Nave's FAQ was excellent, but is there something he can do to make it more attractive? For example, if you were to consult the FAQ and read the links pertaining to the Nutcase series, you'd notice right off the bat that this letter was designed STRICTLY for PAID accounts with several testimonials extant for paid chargeoffs. Any thoughts on how Nave can make that document clearer or more accessible? (Again, I thought it was darned good, Nave! But when people ask questions like this, I begin to think that perhaps we as a group aren't doing enough.) Doc

Re: Nutcase Letter how does it work Thanks Doc, I found it and I will let you know how it works, acutally I was getting the term "fully paid account" and "paid chargeoff" confused. My fault. I found both of the letters and will let you know the outcome whetther you like it or not......YOU DID HELP me, I had my terms confused. By the way the response on the yahoo group from yesterday was very cool !
