Let me get this straight, a Notarized letter stating that I owe the debt with no proof that I owe it other then that is valid? According to the nutcase letter it is.

The nutcase letter was written to get fully paid collections removed from your credit report. It is based on the premise that the CA would rather delete the derog than have to spend money defending lawsuits filed by a "litigous nutcase".

It isn't meant to be used for unpaid collections.
