Hi, reading the first 5 threads on this board will be a must for you. Those include:

    1) MUST-READ: "Hall of Fame" Postings
    2) INTRO: Unofficial CreditNet Board FAQ
    3) INTRO: Creditnet Glossary
    4) FIND OUT: Which CRA is pulled?
    5) INTRO: PsychDoc's Credit Repair Primer

With respect to the Nutcase series of letters, here are a few links which include the full text of the letters, usage philosophy and rationale, and testimonials:

Finally, you mentioned the Estoppel Letter, which is part of the validation sequence. First, you can find it in the Creditnet Letter Library here (along with the Validation Letters which should be sent BEFORE the Estoppel Letter):

More information about the validation sequence can be found here:

When you're new here, your first task is to learn as much as you can, and that (unfortunately or fortunately, depending how much you like the process) means READ, READ, READ. :) Once you've spent at least a few evenings reading (and it can be fun, actually, lol), then you'll be able to ask targeted questions regarding your particular situation. Good luck to you!
