   they asked me to send them a copy of my credit report so they can research my account. This was a transferred or sold zero balance account so, they can't pull my report themselves, no perm/purpose. what should i do now????

   Whatever you do, DON'T send them a copy of your report. You have their attention, and they are befuddled. Send them the second letter in the Nutcase series.
