   I had a charge-off with amex in 02, I'm currently an AU on an AmexBlue, but can't get one of my own. On the charge off, I paid around 70% of the final amount on the card and they wrote the rest off, can I call and try to get on the Oasis program or will they want me to pay the amount they wrote off?
