    When I replied to a post, the software didn't appear to automatically fill in the subject line - it looked blank. So I type in my "reply" in the subject line and put the "dot" in the message space.

    It did not use my subject line, it used to subject line of the thread. So, that cute little trick doesn't work now.

    ps "junior member"????? LOL - long time since I have been junior anything. Do we have senior members??

    Breeze,

    The subject line is optional when you reply. However, if you give it a new subject line it should use it, not that of the original message.
