I HAD a real juicy case against Boyajian. I thought, somehow, in the back of my mind, that I had until May 22, to file my case. Since the time draws near I looked at the file, (finally). It was FEBRUARY 22, of 2005, NOT May - DAMMIT. I lost my window because FDCPA cases have ONLY a 1 year SOL. Keep your eye's open for these little things like which can kill your arguments. (I estimated the case was worth about 10,000 - 20,000) : (((
