Can the OC and the CA both be sending me requests for payment? I have been paying the OC monthly, but the CA keeps contacting me? When I called the OC to inquire about my acct, their automated system stated that their CA was handling the acct and to contact them? My question is should I contact the CA and try to get a deletion for payment or call the OC since they are still sending me invoices and see if they will call the acct back from collections, so they can get paid? All 3 CRA's have the acct listed as closed, I would love it if I could pay off the OC because it was one of my older accts. I went 120 days late due to a separation and a 3 moves, wonder if I could send a goodwill letter of sorts to the OC ?? Since they are still billing me, do you think that would work??
Are you in a payment agreement with the OC? Or just sending money? Have you sent a validation request to the CA?
