Happy Friday, I sent a validation letter to MACY/GECC on Feb 6, 2003. On March 13, 2003, I received a letter from their new account department asking me for more information. WTF, they are listed on my credit report as MACY/GECC joint. I don't remember this account and I only purchased one item. and that was over 9 years ago. My curiousity is that Evil Experian keeps verifying this item everytime I dispute. What is my recourse, ask for a procedural letter on who they recieved the information and send them a copy of the letter so that I received??? It amazes me that they are able to verify when I can't even get validation from this company. Sounds like another Exp violation.
I would not send them a damn thing. Pardon the french ^h^h^h^h^h^h freedom, but I know that if you send them ammo they can delay. They have 30 days. Let them work.
That's right. Sleep on their demand for a month or two at least. Don't send them nothing. Not even the time of day.
