UPDATE: Got a letter from IC Systems in the mail today. Basically, they want me to send a letter to the bank- they cannot provide me anything- I have to request it in writing with my signature. I can either send it to IC Systems and they'll forward it on to the bank or I can contact the bank directly. Screw the ITS. I'm going down and filing tomorrow. I've HAD it with these idiots.
