   Just want to get affirmative opinions:
   
   Are these statements true?
   
   1) OC lawyer is bound by the FDCPA when it is an outside firm who collects debt for multiple parties and uses it own letterhead.
   
   2) OC lawyer must include mini-miranda on all communications whether to the consumer or the consumers lawyer.
