I had a huge problem with an OC , whereas they stopped sending me bills due to a computer problem, I argued and argued with their executive correspondance dept for weeks, before they told me finally told me that they would delete the tradeline if I payed them in full the money I owed them. I said this was fine, They faxed me a release saying that the agreemtnt was Final and it said they agree to delete thecharged off TL if I agree to pay em, and not sue them it was around 8 pages long. I signed it had it notarized and faxed it back to them. Just like they asked. They were supposed to call me back to make payment arrangements, but ia have heard nothing, and the guy who I am dealing with is not returning my calls. This IS my last derog, my score is currently 670 TU. I need this to get deleted in order ot get a good mortgage rate. Where do i go from here or am i screwed and at their mercy, I cannot pay unless they call me and tell me where to send the money, because it has gone to collections already. Also on Friday 2/20 they pulled EXP and TU , hard inquiry to see if i was telling the truth about having perfect credit until they stopped sending the bill ( I told them they could). The guy who sent me that fax said he believed me and that was why he was helping me out. But since sending the fax monday he has not returned a call to me.
