I am trying to prepare a letter to an OC that is reporting an account incorrectly. When I did a search for "resident agent" for the State of Texas, it said "Entity Not in Good Standing."

What exactly does this mean to my situation? I dug a little further and found that it was caused by violations in franchise tax due to the state. Does this have any bearing on my letter? Does this give me anymore ammunition?

I truly don't want to file suit. I just want them to delete the entry.

    Any comments would be welcome!

Could you get info if you called the SOS office?
