When I look at my credit report, I run into two questions regarding a derogatory item: 1.) Is "date opened" supposed to be the date the account was opened? I thought it was. 2.) This item is showing up with two CRAs. One lists the OC and the CA. The other only lists the OC. Who should I be dealing with on this issue? Is a CA handling the account or not? Is this a reporting violation?
