   I have no CAs, just some OCs that show negative from BK. Is there any point to sending a validation letter to the OC? Everything I've read refers to the CA and then the CRA.

   States also have their own FDCPA versions. In Calif., where I live, state law requires OC's to validate.
   
   Might want to try a post with the state you live about their FDCPA laws.
