Does anyone have a follow-up letter that I can use as a guide to request "validation" from an OC? I will nt deal w/them unless they provide me a copy of the original contract. I have already tried the sample letter but received no response. I want to quote the exact violation in this letter. I know that they don't have to validate, but they are responsible for reporting correct info. For the record, the original contract does NOT contain my signature
