Looks like I'm the only one who isn't a contributing member of society - I'm on SSD for the last 5 years. Ozzy.
Ah, thanks Rina for the sweet words. =-) I guess you're right... I just get really weird about not having a job like everyone else - it's amazing how much of your (or at least my) self esteem and self respect are tied up in your job (or lack thereof). Ozzy.
i like the term geek. Girls are all over geeks these days (seemed the opposite in high school days). Im proud to be a computer geek.
Yeah, Sam. But NERD takes it way back before highschool. Remember the 3-pound glasses, tight plaid double-stiched pants hiked up just below the nipple, wedgies, and the pocket protectors? I've since lost the pocket protector and my glasses are now DKNY... but I'll always be a NERD to my heart. Smitty <still enjoys the occasional wedgy>
Ex veterinary technician, now philosophy and art student and antique linen retail help, after May...who knows?
I guess you have to have bad credit and be interested in computers and the web in order to stumble upon this site. Although I am a government bureaucrat by day, I am a computer geek by night (web design).
I knew it. You're the one who has been collecting information on us. Sneaky devil. Oh, by the way I'm a number geek - accountant and unfortunately, part time college student. Dani
